Landon Nelson's path to real estate runs through the gridiron. A University of Kansas football walk-on who earned his way to team captain from 2021 to 2025, Landon learned that elite results come from consistency, strategic execution, and an unrelenting commitment to the people beside you.

He founded The Standard KC on that same principle: set a higher standard for how buying and selling a home should feel, then raise it on every deal. Landon specializes in high-level, one-on-one client advocacy, making sure no detail is missed and no opportunity is left on the table.

Holding a bachelor's in business management and a master's in leadership studies from KU, Landon pairs analytical precision with a genuine, relationship-first approach. Every transaction starts with a clear plan and ends with a result his clients can stand behind.
