The Standard KC (“we,” “us”) is the real estate practice of Landon Nelson, REALTOR® with ReeceNichols. This policy explains what information we collect on thestandardkc.co and how we use it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form (for example, to request a guide, a home value estimate, the market letter, or a consultation), we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, and details about your home search or sale.
Usage information. Like most websites, our site and its hosting provider (Framer) collect basic technical data, such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location, to keep the site running and understand which content is useful.
How we use it
To respond to you and provide the real estate services or resources you asked for.
To send you the guides, market updates, or follow-ups you requested. You can unsubscribe or ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
To improve our website and content.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only when it’s needed to serve you, for example with ReeceNichols, a lender, or a title company you’ve asked us to connect you with, or when required by law.
Google services
We use Google’s Business Profile API, through our own private tool, to publish updates about new articles on this site to our own Google Business Profile. This tool accesses only our own business account. It does not access or store information about website visitors or Google users. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve given us by emailing landonnelson24@gmail.com.
